STRATEGIC PLANNING
Our strategic planning process will engage your volunteers and staff in meaningful, collaborative discussion, which will allow them to co-create a shared vision for the future, and a road map of how to get there.
We are experienced in conducting primary and secondary background research, facilitating in-person strategic planning workshops, and preparing comprehensive and actionable strategic plan documents that clearly outline your organization’s identity and strategic priorities.
ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (AMS) IMPLEMENTATION
While the move to a new AMS can be daunting, our team can help make the process simple and easy. We'll work with your volunteers and staff and the AMS provider to manage the process for you. We are currently managing AMS builds for the YourMembership, MemberClicks and Novi AMS platforms.
