As we approach the end of 2023, we are presented with an opportunity to reflect on the lessons learned and successes of the past year and to articulate our goals and intentions for the new year. We have much to be thankful for in 2023. I am thankful for an outstanding team of professionals who represent a number of disciplines within association and business management and bring a variety of skillsets to our clients.
We’ve been fortunate to support our staff in their professional pursuits in 2023 to ensure they remain abreast of the latest industry trends, research, and leading practices for the benefit of our clients. We are thankful for the fruitful partnerships with our clients and warmly welcome our new clients to Barcami Lane. As I shared in the last edition of the BL Insider, associations of all sizes are facing similar challenges. We want our clients to succeed and we are working to find innovative solutions.
Looking into 2024, our team has a number of client-oriented goals, such as the successful execution of the WCET-ASCN UK 2024 Joint Congress in Glasgow, Scotland, and website refreshes for several clients. We're exploring operational efficiencies for clients through AI and tools like Zapier. We are also working to build out our strategic planning facilitation services as an add-on feature for our clients. Many associations are looking to level set and build a map for their future. We want to help our clients plot that map in lock step with governance and management.
Without a doubt, 2024 will certainly prove to be a busy year for us all. Cheers to the new year and happy holidays!
